We are “out-of-network” providers, meaning that we do not directly accept any forms of insurance. However, we will provide you with detailed invoices including all the necessary information if you choose to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Insurance benefits have increasingly become quite complex and there is a great deal of variability in coverage and reimbursement policies. Some insurance companies also require preauthorization for psychological testing. Please consult directly with your insurance company regarding your family’s mental health coverage. Dr. Gorman is available to talk about insurance issues if your coverage is confusing, or if you need any help understanding the information that you have received from your insurance provider. If preauthorization is necessary, we can work with you to complete the necessary paperwork prior to beginning.
