I attended the University of Pittsburgh where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and I earned my Master of Science and Doctor of Psychology from Loyola University Maryland. Throughout my graduate training, I provided therapy, assessment and consultation services at the Kennedy Krieger Institute/Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in both outpatient and inpatient hospital settings. I became a licensed psychologist in the state of Maryland in 2014 and since then, I’ve worked in private practices in the greater Baltimore area, founding West Towson Psychological Services in 2021.
I am committed to providing a nonjudgmental, empathic and safe space where you and your child feel comfortable sharing a range of experiences, including hardships and struggles, but also successes and joys. I believe deeply in the ability of people to change and remake themselves for the better and I am humbled to accompany clients and their families along this path.
In addition to my work in private practice, I was a Clinical Assistant Professor at Loyola University Maryland for the past nine years where I supervised and oversaw the clinical work of doctoral candidates at the Loyola Clinical Centers. I am thrilled to be able to continue to supervise advanced doctoral level clinicians in my private practice. My associates, Allie Curwin, M.S. and Rae Underberg, M.S., both practice under my professional license and we meet weekly to review their cases.
In my free time, I enjoy being outside — hiking, biking, and doing yoga — and spending time with my family.
